Individual horror film idea

Truth or Dare

This horror film would be of the thriller/ psychological sub-genre. The film would evolve around the game truth or dare -which of course is a very popular game which most young people (the primary audience for horror films); could therefore relate to, making it more real and frightening for the audience.
The film would work like a series of short stories, the audience would follow each main character's-4- truth or dare (due to there being a lot of short stories the trailer would be very confusing and chaotic; therefore, intriguing the audience, making them want to watch the film). The characters with the truths, would give a very psychological factor to the film, the villain would be playing twisted, tortured mind games, on the victim, giving the impression she is going crazy, canted camera angles would we used to create this effect, as well a quick editing. The characters with the dares, would bring the thriller aspect, including fast pace action shots, with violence and danger.
The twist in the film would be that the separate stories are actually all related and all link together in the end. The villain would be behind the outcome of the game, purposefully shaping each story to have a particular, horrifying ending. The audience would ask the question, why is the villain doing this, what is the motive, did something happen in the past that made them into a villain, or have they been targeting these victims and planning this game?
Similar to conventional horror films, there would be 2 (?) victims that are killed off, these would be the stereotypically unintelligent, rebellious teen characters; whereas the other two victims may start to realise there is more to the story than a game gone wrong.
Is it one of the mains characters playing the game, who is the main victim? Or is it another character that we don't see creating the chaos?
